Please help me find a make up artist

OK ladies I am in need of some serious help,

I just can't seem to find a make up artist for my wedding I have trawled the net and found a couple of potentials but non of them really jump out at me and I can't afford to pay for lots of different trials so I was wondering if

A) anyone got any personal reccamendations

B) How did you choose your make up artist

Wedding background

1st Oct this year bridal preparations happening in Tetbury

so artists from Cardiff

Bristol

gloucestershire

Wiltshire

all possibility

some I am considering at present are any comments welcome

    I'm fine thanks drifter. Had a full diary the last few weeks, 3,

    18-20hr days last weekend & another this w/e so I have been in hiding!

    How are your plans coming along?

    Good to hear your busy although make sure you get a break 18-20hrs now thats a day and a half!

    I'm ok thanks plans are a bit stalled and I'm a bit (alot) stressed. Just don't have the contacts back home to find out info on all the good suppliers like hair make up and cakes IYSWIM.

    Still can't complain day invites have all been sent evening inties are a work in progress and this weekend have

    Meeting with the vicar

    food tasting

    meeting with the barn

    and meeting with our band so I look orgnised on the surface at least.

    Currently trying to think of something to entertain guests during dinner and get them talking

    Ahh Sherrie your a star i hope people tell you that often. I'm using my day at home to investigate hair an dmake up options and trying not to panic! Tonight Mr Drifter are drawing up lists of questions for the vicar, the band, the barn and the caterers!

    Oh ur getting married in Tetbury? whereabouts? Its lovely Smiley smile I looked at a few places near there but settled on the bay tree hotel in Burford.

    Can you recommend a good photographer from near there by any chance?

    Yup Mr Drifter and I are both Tetbury born and bred and both sets of parents live there so that combined with falling in love with our reception venue sort of made it the logical choice.

    Burford is lovely where abouts are you getting married?
