Please help settle a discussion between me and my H2B - Would your other half.....

I am always the first to fall asleep anyway. He can go into the bathroom and brush his teeth and come into the bedroom and i'm already asleep. But i'm pretty sure if i asked him he would. He is really good to me. Quite often we are sitting watching tv in the evenings and i get the fancy for chocolate or peanuts and he will go round to the garage and get me something. And he knows full well that the likelihood of me doing it for him his close to zero. I am very lucky

I HATE my hair being touched, so this wouldn't happen! I'd chop off their hands, then sleep peacefully. Having said that my ex would sit & watch my fall asleep. Ok, that makes him sound like a psycho. Obviously not every night, but if I was really tired or unwell (because I can be quite a bad sleeper) he would run me a bath, then pull duvet back with my favourite pj's ready; and then hold my hand until I was soundo...................then he'd go & put the football on! Having said this he is an ex! :-)

H2B thinks that I am part cat - part doll (the ones that close their eyes when you lay them down) because if I lay down I will go to sleep, no matter what time of day or where I am!

We do curl up on the sofa together and when we do I'll lay my head on his chest and the combination of him stroking my head and the rhythm of his breathing, I'll be asleep in minutes!

Back stroking goes down well too!

Ah!! There are some really lovely posts on! Lots of people seem to be in the same boat as me!! I've been reading them all out to him and there's been a few raised eyebrows from the other settee!!!

He probably would, but I wouldn't like it so I wouldn't ask. I have really long hair that I plait up at night or he sleeps on it and I wake up looking like quasimodo.

We do have a cuddling routine before we both fall asleep and then move to our own sides of the bed and fall asleep holding hands.

He has been known to rub my back or tummy when I'm not feeling well or I have some dance related injury. He will even go and get me another drink, hotwater bottle if I need one and we are already in bed.

He even does the ironing!!!!

Well Its my other half that loves his hair being stroked or lack of it!! lol, I prefer my feet being massaged which he does reluctantly on a regular basis x

Yes, every night almost, and he now does it without me even asking, bonus

Same for if we're watching TV, he strokes my arms, rubs my feet - loves it! I am quite lucky in that he is very ticklish so I don't have to reciprocate!

Mine strokes my hair all the time..its very sweet

My lovely, romantic, sweet other half said

"Which hair?!"

And then gave me a huge wink and cheesy grin.

That about sums it up ha ha ha ha ha ha!
