All done. Enterflora, the name question is optional so you don't need to fill it in. I left that blank as I agree it's not required info.

Sorry the same link was used at my place of work, where our current clients could fill in the questionnaire and win a bottle of champagne, I used the same questionnaire so I had a central point for the results analysis, hence why the question is optional to respond too! It wasn't the best way to remain ethical but I needed to get as many responses as possible.

The data is just being used for academic research for my dissertation which looks at the effects current trends, such as the tools used, spending habits and decision makers, shape the wedding industry and what the wedding industry must do in order to best appeal and reach out to UK Brides!!

Might have been helpful to tell you all this in the beginning, sorry, but trying to do a degree and work is harder than i anticipated! thank you all very much for your help.

Done but question 3 might get you a bit of a skewed view because you can only choose one option - for our wedding I'd say its mainly planned by bride&groom (we've both each got tasks to sort for the day and make all decisions together) but as there's no option for this I've just put bride because it's me answering the survey. Wouldn't be surprised if there's a few like this, so just thought I'd let you know!
