Please tell me where you are going on Honeymoon

We went to Edinburgh Mon-Weds after we got married as a minimoon and then we're off to Cuba in May for our honeymoon ?

Kooks & Mooey where abouts in Barbados are you going? I love it there, its where we got engaged. You must go to Oistins if you can, so much fun

We are going here... Excellence Punta Cana (Dominican Republic) and cant wait

The dates come out at the end of April for next year so will be booking it in approximately 4 weeks ?

Yeah, thats bnear where we were it looked lovely and right on the beach if i remember! It is so pretty and friendly round there and you will not be far from Sandy Lane where all the celebs stay, they claimj to have a private beach but all beaches are public in barbados so you can literally walk up and park yourself right next to their sun loungers and watch them be waited on, hilarious! We found one of the nicest beaches was Mullins bay which is a little bit north (if i remeber rightly) and just a short ride on the bus (which in itself is an experience, not in a bad way either). We went to a gorgeous restaurant there called Carambola to celebrate geting engaged, I would recommed that for a posh meal. But you definately need to try and go to Oistins for the fish fry on a friday or saturday https://barbados.org/oistins.htm

We're going to Mauritius for 2 weeks, flying out the Wednesday after our wedding on the Saturday. I cant wait!

We're thinking about going to Cuba and staying at a 5 star all inclusive, adult only, resort. Looks fab!

We're going to Mauritius too for 10 days, going the day after our wedding.

I'm beginning to get cold feet about it and half wishing we had chosen Aruba which was plan B -Must stop reading tripadvisor!

At the moment we are having a UK mini moon straight after the wedding, so probably 3/4 nights in the lake district where we got engaged, then we are hoping to go to Costa Rica, probably in the January for 2 weeks.

It's their dry season from Dec - April and didnt really wanna go in december due to bdays & christmas.

Can anyone recommend where to go?

Australia & Mexico have also crossed my mind....but at the moment we're going with Costa Rica!

We are going to The Maldives....to pretty much do nothing! Cannot wait!

We haven't got a pool villa, kinda hoping they'll upgrade us but the standard rooms are gorgeous anyways, can't wait! How does the Butler service work, I feel like I'll be uncomfortable if someone is around all the time!

We're eloping and getting married at Niagara Falls so we're combining it together and having 2 weeks over there - Toronto, Niagara, Calgary, Northern Lights trip and New York

Then the Saturday after we come home we're having our sham wedding over here

We are thinking about going to aruba but havent decided yet!

Can anyone suggest some good places to go? We are thinking carribean as we got engaged in mexico on my birthday but dont know if we would rather go somewhere else so its more special!

I LOVED Barbados - we stayed just outside Oistins, the hotel's called Butterfly Beach and we plan to go back there. Great location, short bus ride to St. Lawrence Gap, beautiful beach. I really can't praise it enough!

We're off to Sri Lanka for 10 nights and the only thing I plan on moving from the sun lounger for is a visit to the elephant sanctuary. We get married on the Saturday then fly on the Monday- perfect timing!!!

I agree Oistins is amazing! The fish is wonderful and fresh! When we went for my aunts wedding and stayed in St James too.

Am debating going there for our honeymoon as well.

Getting married in Vegas then flying to San Fran for a week, stopping in a 5* hotel in Fishermans Wharf, can't wait.

Other half thinks i've only booked that certain hotel because of the free wine between 5-7pm

What's that hotel?! We're considering a few days in San Fran as part of ours and free wine would swing it for me!

We are going on a 14 night cruise around the mediterranean ?

We are off to Kenya for 2 weeks, with a 4 day safari. Cant wait!

Whoo-hoo i can join in as just booked today! 2 weeks adult only, gourmet all inclusive at the El Dorado Seaside Suites in Mexico. Double Jacuzzi in the room! Can't wait!

We're off on the Tuesday after the wedding to Las Vegas, staying for 4 nights in the Venetian then flying over to Mexico for 11 nights all inclusive at Secrets Maroma Beach...woop woop xxx

No idea yet! We're thinking of having a minimoon straight after the wedding - Might be a week in the UK, secluded cottage with pool/hot tub jobby or maybe Italy/France.

Would like to have a big holiday next year - something to look forward to after the wedding, give me something to think about instead of dwelling on my planning being all over, boooo!
