Please tell me where you are going on Honeymoon

We went to Barbados, where we got engaged. It's beautiful!

11 Nights All Inclusive at the Le Mauricia in Mauritius.

We have booked to go walking with lions at the Casella Park while we are there... SOOOOO EXCITED

I've just been looking online and am loving the look of the Rui in Arbua. We dont get married until next year so have just put in dates for this June to get a very rough idea.

Oh there are some lovely sounding honeymoons here. We are likely to go for a visit to the West coast of America, trying to cram in as much as we can in two weeks, but all these chilled out All Inclusive beach holidays are looking appealing! x

We're staying at the Coconut Bay resort and spa on the south of the island

Very excited as we have booked our flights

..we are going to Las Vegas for 2 nights at New York, New York...

Grand Canyon for 5 nights (2 nights in Williams a Route 66 town and 3 nights in a lodge on the South Rim)...

we will then be staying in the penthouse suite of a b and b in a small costal town near San Diego- the balcony looks over the ocean and has a hot tub! We are travelling around by plane and train and have arranged it all ourselves!

This is what we have done! We are going to Las Vegas, Grand Canyon then 6 nights on the West Coast. You can do it all using public transport. If you want a proper tour you can get a train up the west coast from San Diego to Portland. It takes 35 hours on the train, but a nice holiday would be that journey broken up- stopping off on the way at random places.

You could do similar to what we are doing- travel to 3 or 4 places (make the last place your final destination and stay there for 1 week so you are relaxing!).

We're going Cancun, Mexico for the 3rd time...its our favourite place, and back to our favourite hotel... Moon Palace Golf Resort!!! We're not going until April after our wedding (getting married next August), due to money, and also we prefer the weather in April!!

We were thinking of going to Aruba but have both decided we like the idea of going to Kenya instead.

Its somewhere we have both always wanted to go but never had the chance!! My mam has also told me that my dad is going to pay for our honeymoon as our wedding present I cant believe it especially not when they are helping so much with the cost of the wedding!

We are still slightly unsure and have a good length of time to decide so going to do some investigating. The fact that my dad is paying doesnt change anything as I wouldnt expect him to pay more than what I would be prepared to pay myself as thats just wrong. Think he will give me a budget so we will prob just pay the difference!

When are you going to Secrets Maroma? What date?! You get married the day after us...and we are going to Vegas and mexico for honeymoon - on 8th Oct we will land at Secrets Maroma!!!!!!!

We are getting married on the 6 august - on the 13th August we are flying to South Africa on a Safari at Kruga national park - we will be going to different places - one of the trips that we will be doing is staying with the Elephants - help clean them, play with them and go riding on the back of the Elephant - (Elephants are my favorite animals)

Once we have been there for 5 days we are flying over to Mauritius for 7 days - can not wait now xXx

knitting_vixen your honeymoon sounds perfect and very similar to what we want to do!! We want to go to Vegas, Grand Canyon and then end up on a beach somewhere relaxing!! How did you go about booking yours?? I have no idea where to start

We get married on the Saturday, then on the following Thursday we go to Egypt 5* for 1 week. I always wanted to go to the Maldives for my honeymoon, but i would like to go for 2 weeks, but i couldn't leave my children for that long, so we settled on Egypt instead.

Our honeymoon is in lake como so just down the road from you! oh and at the same time 1st week in june!!!?
