i hope you get this, im not very good at attatching pictures. im having a real wobble, should i stop trying to do it all myself and save money and just pay another £100 and have a tall floral display on each table. i will be having cream flowers on the ivy and ivory pillar candles, it will be about 3 feet tall once the candles are on. my reception is at bagden hall, the room is very cream with lots of windows and a red carpet. ill be having chair covers with green sashes (kiwi). there will be 8 tables. be honest, i need honesty!!!!

by the way i got the candleabras for £14 each, ivy will be £4 per candleabra and i think another £5 for the rest. think thats a good price?

Excellent choice I think once you add the flowers & candle you will be able to get a better idea of how theey will look.

I love them, they are slightly unusual I think but still subtle and pretty.

I like them, and thats me being honest. I wouldn't have posted if I didn't mean it!

Defo try them with the candles and some flowers so you can get a true feel for them, but as an idea I think it works well, and I also like that little extra bit of trailing ivy going onto the table (although maybe not quite as much as in your photo! appreciate its not supposed to be there but ....)

Like Taz said, subtle and pretty - and less is more with centre pieces I think!

I really like them actually! And for under £25 per table, they're a bargain! You could hire them out afterwards for local weddings! £15 each to hire, you could make easy money!

By adding lots of different height candles around the base, different size pillar and tealights along with the flowers will look gorgeous. Well done!

I'm thinking about getting something similar - they are gorgeous! Where did you find them? Whatever you do to them I think they will help to give your wedding breakfast a very elegant look.

Thankyou so much ladies, i feel positive about them again!!! my problem is i see something i like and i just say 'ye go on then!!' and dont think about it too much. but then i get doubts later on thinking have i made mistakes and rushed decisions. maybe i should just trust myself a bit more!! panda i found the candleabras at my local garden sale, i kept going in looking for inspiration for my centre pieces and my fiance and i both liked the thought of candleabras and then we really dropped on because we went in just as the garden centre was putting the xmas section in so they had reduced alot of stuff, these were £14 reduced from £20 and for the top table there is a smaller version. the only problem is there wasnt enough silver ones so i had to buy one cream one but im just planning on spray painting that. hiring them is a good idea!! i certainly want to keep a couple but was thinkin of selling the rest.

...if you are anywhere near wakefield and are getting married after august 2011 ill sell them to you!!!

I really like them. Make sure you give us a flash once they're 'complete' with the candles etc. I love a simple and elegant arrangement.
