Pls flash ur wedding cakes!!!!!!!

I too am going for a vintage theme to the wedding and this is the style and colour of the wedding cake we are going for, not necesserily the exact shape etc

Ive also attached the cupcakes I like too!

This was ours . We had a vintagey feel to our wedding (lots of lace and pearls rather than shabby chic, tea cups etc). I made the cake topper but otherwise I think I would have had white hydrangeas (our wedding flowers on top) on the top and changed the pearl/dots icing to alternative layers.

I saw a cake at a wedding fayre recently which had flowers in pinks and green separating the layers, very much like theycallmelaura has posted but without the piping. It was absolutley stunning and would exactly what I would pick if planning again!

I am able to make anything you want for the top of your cake, it doesnt just have to be figures, I can mke flowers or anything else you desire too and they will last as a wonderful keepsake memory long after your special day is over

we are hiring this stand but having baked cheesecake with raspberries on top!

i really like the ones with the buttons cascading up (not sure if things can 'cascade' up but wasnt sure ofthe right word!)

I think the stand is throwing me, i think i wouldnt like the cake as much without the stand ha ha!

Im loving the button one too, i totally cant decide. I think im putting too much thought into everything!! x

I went for a very basic design which I did myself

Standard 4 teir cake which 12" 14" 10" 8"

I made my own cake!

The topper was some artificial roses which I brought, Then entwined them into a tooper. I then put some diamanties in the middle £4 Cake initials £4.50 each letter. Ribbon & Ribbon sliders I used a white ribbon then a black overlay. The Cake Base I used was a massive silver box which I covered with Satin and then used one of my Sashes to match all my cahir covers.

Not bad for a first attempt if you ask me
