fenella - I think you meant to say made (although knowing my mother, mad would probably be more like it !). Could be an option but she's quite indecisive about what she wants so probably would benefit from looking at some ready made stuff first.

I always end up being dragged to House of Frasers to find my adorable + size ma wedding outfits. A good few plus size stockists, can be a bit pricey though so if its an issue check out the sales !

What size plus size? My ma got hers from a MOB shop, we went there because they sell Condici but in the end she got an Ann Balon (sp??). Failing that she was going to Ann Harvey or Jaques Vert.

It's nothing over the top, but we're not having an over the top wedding, and my mum looks great in it and she feels comfy in it. She's had a fascinator, shoes and bag which all match.
