Ive been doing really well at low-carbing recently, well, low starching really, leaving potatoes, rice and pasta's out, not fully Atkins. Anyway, feel a bit lighter and clothes fit ever so slightly better which is great. But im due on in a couple of days and just ate 3 slices of very fresh, soft, fluffy white plastic bread, thick slice, with butter and jam ?. H bought it today on his way home, as we dont usually buy bread but he fancied fish finger sandwiches ?. I had to put it in the freezer or i'd eat the whole pack. I don't eat much wheat as it gives me stomach aches, but it was soooo good! im sure i'll pay for it soon though. <fat bloater icon>
