Poss thick cooking q sorry

How do you make breadcrumbs without a food processor? I fancy making chicken goujons for dinner tonight!

    The only way I can think of is grating the bread. It may help to be frozen.

    I usually do them in the blender - have you not got anything choppy like that to hand?

    Dry out the bread in a v low oven and crush with a rolling pin.

    Think will try the blender first (I never even thought of that, durr!) and then try the others if that doesn't work out.

    Blender definitely works, that's what I do mine in as I don't own a food processor.
