Post box

Mrs G x, 16 April, 2009 at 21:05 Posted on Planning 0 6

I'm thinking of having a wedding post box as we have asked for vouchers for gifts so i think it would be a good idea.

i was thinking of getting a plain box and decorating it myself, the trouble is im not very craetive AT ALL!! all you lot on here seem to be great at making things, i wondered if you had any ideas or pics of your own.

Thanks

Have you tried going to Hobbycraft or another craft shop to see if there's anything there that inspires you. Or you could try wedding wrapping paper round a box with some other decorations stuck on.

It was so easy to do! I bought the box from ebay for £8. Then just bought cheap card and ribbon from ebay and button brads from a craft shop. So simple honestly. Cost £10/11 all in!xxx

I bought one today, in cream for £5.99.

I will be decorating it just with some ribbon which was alos on my invitations and will be on the menus and place names etc.

I would have liked one just half the size of what i bought, so i may dr it somehow.

You can get a lot on the good ol bay of e, different styles including bird cage type things. worth a look.
