Did you actually say 'send this airmail please' when you took it in?

Stuff generally arrives within a week, but we've had even airmail stuff take the better part of a month before now, in either direction, for no apparent reason. Unless you've sent it by one the tracking services (recorded/airsure type stuff) there's very little you can do.

Sorry, i can't help with NZ but i have sent things to America land mail and it has taken nearly 6 weeks to arrive.

how can it arrive in a week when it goes by ship? who s taking it? ellen mcarthur?

It also could have been opened by customs which sometimes happens and delays the item getting to the person

Three weeks isn't that long for it to be delayed really airmail can take 1-2 weeks even without a delay

Cheers all. I ordered it from a website, it was sent from there. I guess I'll wait another couple of weeks and see what happens.
