Prested Hall

Hi,

I have been to Prested Hall before and its a lovely venue, I assume you are talking about her wedding photographers after only seeing 4 photos - to me 4 photos tells you nothing give a chimpanzee amodern camera and I bet you would get at least 4 great pictures, I would be looking to see complete albums which have been shot there as the team are in house there should be lots of full weddings to see.

Has she even met the people who take the pictures ? I have not encountered any in house teams, but many venues have lists of 2 or 3 reccomended photographers.

I think I must be in the running for resident grump of the week based on my last 2 posts.

Sorry I don't think I explained myself properly. She only saw 4 photos of the in house salon people who do hair and make up and she is looking for people who have used them before. But I think she also needs a photographer too so i'll pass on your advice.

I am also getting married at Prested Hall in october! What date is your friends?

Thanks for the clarification - I dont know about the hair and beauty team , there is usually some good hair and beauty teams around. I could reccomend a couple in and around Suffolk who msay be prepared to travel, best thing would be for your friend to have her hair and makeup done by them on a normal day and see if she likes the experience and most importantly the results.

She's getting married the 30th Oct 2010. So excited for her!! She's really not a girly girl so needs someone she can trust to do her hair and make up.

She's prob going to end up using the salon in kelvedon that own the Prested Hall salon to see what they're like!
