Pro rata salary

Does anyone know hot to wrok this out?

Salary £15000 per year, 17 hrs a week, 40weeks a year

(Based on a working week of 37hrs)

I've worked it out as £5355 a year but I'm not sure if thats correct??

I'd work it out as 15,000/37 (i presume thats full time hours)/ 52 x 17 x 40

No its a council job so most people will work 52wks, this job is term time only though.
