Productive day *FLASH*

teapotty, 7 May, 2012 at 15:33 Posted on Planning 0 16

Had a productive wedding day today so thought I would share my current DIY project....Got these hangers 4 for £1.50 and a pot of paint and a few metres of lace trim. Hope the flash works this time!

Thanks Smiley smile They were surprisingly quick and easy to create, which is good as I tend to get bored pretty quickly!

Lovely! Did you have to buy special wood paint?

Nope, I used a pot of tester paint from Wilkinsons (that I had left over from other wedding DIY!) I had to give the letters a few coats to make it stand out more so there is probably a better paint to use for this if you were buying something specifically Smiley smile

Thanks! You've inspired me to give it a go with some left over testers. One more job for the list...?
