Pronovias Duquesa price - anyone tried it on please??

Just googled it - lovely dress!

That seems a bit strange to me that they won't tell you the price. But then it could be just me being naive and it might be general practice. Do you think it would be possible to contact Pronovias directly if you can't get information through the shop? I did that when I wanted information on a dress, but that was Ian Stuart, which is a much smaller company...

On the website it just says you need to contact individual suppliers! It is very annoying and think it is just this particular shop...

Hm, yes, just had a quick look around on the website and there really is no contact information. With Ian Stuart I just phoned the team in London up, lol.

What about you phone the flagship store in London (it is on New Bond Street, not sure I am allowed to post phone numers here, but it is easy to find). They should have all the information on all Pronovias dresses. Also I would assume as they are directly affiliated with Pronovias and not selling anything else they will want to make sure you buy a Pronovias dress and be more helpful. The only reason I can imagine why the other shop won't tell you the price is that they think if you don't go for the Pronovias dress they will still be able to sell you another dress if only you come in - but if they tell you the price beforehand and it is out of your budget you might not come in at all and they won't get the chance of selling you another dress...

Oooh, I'm trying this dress on this Saturday! The shop that I'm going to has two floors, one floor with prices from £800-£1500 and then another fron £1500 - £2300. This dress is on the more expensive floor apparently. I will let you know when I find out how much it is. Bearing in mind though that this shop is in the centre of Aberdeen city and I've recently learned of a couple of dresses being almost £500 more in Aberdeen shops than shops in towns outwith the city! You have good taste though, the dress is gorgeous x
