Yes. Although this is not out of the ordinary for her at all. We think it adds quirkiness to our wedding memories, to be paying someone a small fortune and then having to hold her hand through the whole wedding ?

I agree. Did you know that Prosecco is Sauv B with added fizz. So you can make your own with a soda stream (other fizz making machines are available) using a good Sauv b. My friend swears you can't tell the difference. the fizz in champers on the other hand comes from the long process rather than sticking in fizz at the end.

Agreed. Do you want to borrow my PIL next time? I arrived at about 3pm on Friday and they cracked open the Prosecco immediately. And they already had Prosecco hangovers from the night before. Win.
