protect and perfect - has anyone found it to work?

janeyh, 27 May, 2009 at 22:55 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 6

I have been religious in my skincare recently and i think it looks a bit better in terms of tone and non dullness but wondering if anyone else has found this to work

i have a vile deep frown wrinkle between my eyes and am verging on getting it botoxed but was trying a few creams first - is it a waste of time?

I am your answering machine tonight ?

I've got terrible frown lines too, and the only things that have helped are botox (it's brilliant, really it is) and getting loads of sleep. But P&P is great otherwise.

    My personal oracle x

the teeny weeny ones do seem to be responding slightly but not the evil one - i think it may be my bd present to me

how often do you find you have to have it redone?

I've been using it a year or so - my skin is nicer for it I think but I haven't seen a dramatic difference. I don't know if any cream would get rid of a deep line would it? (God knows I've got a few!)

I bought the Intense version of Protect and Perfect, the line eraser and the uplift cream, and I honestly do think it's made a difference. The only reason I tried it is I'm breastfeeding and decided botox was probably contraindicated in BF women, which is a shame cos it's fabulous! As soon as T is old enough, I'll be moving onto Botox Led Weaning.......

I have a deep frown line between my eyes, and I've really noticed the difference with P&P. It's still there, but not half as noticeable, before you could see from a distance, now I have to lean towards the mirror.

I've never used P&P but I've been using the Boots Expert serum for a couple of weeks and have noticed a significant improvement in my skin. All the crepe-y lines round my eyes are gone, and my skin feels more taut. For less than a fiver it's an absolute bargain.

Actually, I haven't used anything in the Boots Expert range that I haven't really liked.

I've only had botox once, and it made a difference that lasted about 9 months to a year. I found that not being able to frown helped me break the habit, iyswim? But they're back with a vengeance now, so I may well have another dose.
