ProteinActive Weight Loss bars - anyone else tried them?

blushingbride14, 7 April, 2014 at 12:19 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 1

I picked up a few of them in Poundland the other day. They are packed full of protein and very cheap so I thought I would try them out. To my absolute surprise, they are actually really tasty too!

I love using weight loss bars because they are so practical and I find them perfect as an in-between snack when on a diet. But they are usually so expensive in health food stores. This seems to be a much cheaper alternative of equal quality to the usual overpriced weight loss bars sold everywhere.

Has anyone else tried them? Would love to hear your thoughts/experiences?

I used to use them and then stopped as I just felt terrible on them. The only thing I would suggest is to check the label and see how much sugar is in them and to see if there are any nasty ingredients in them. I know some people who have got on great with them but my body can't seem to process the synthetic ingredients.

if you want a good snack bar the Nakd bars are good. Not protein but you know exactly what ingredients are in them and they taste really yummy!
