Purple Wedding Dress

ashlil, 18 January, 2010 at 13:44 Posted on Planning 0 12

Hi all,

I'm new to the forums but I'm getting married Feb 2011 (2nd time for me) and I really want to get married in Deep Purple and having trouble finding any dresses (apart from prom and ballgown) that come in Purple. If anyone does colour its normally Red.

Anyone got any suggestions, apart from Alfred Angelo (which may have to be an option) but really want to be all in Purple and not ivory with purple.

Any ideas would really appreciate.

Many thanks

You may want to go for a BM dress in the style/colour you want. It will still feel like a wedding dress, but will be a fraction of the cost!

Plus you can accessorise it and nobody would think it wasn't a wedding dress as you're the bride and that's your choice.

Hello, you could try this site - internet only, no shops I think. I'm not yet looking for my dress (wedding will be the end of 2011) but this is saved on my 'favourites' for when the time comes!

    https://gothicweddingdresses.webs.com/newslinks.htm

They've got a few styles, not just medieval, and many can be made in a variety of colours.

Have you thought about using a dress maker, choose your style of dress and buying the fabric/colour of your choiceSmiley smile
