How long before the wedding date is everyone doing their RSVPs please? I know it can depend on venue, but just wanted to get a general idea.

    My venue need final numbers 6 weeks before, so i am giving RSVP dates of 8 weeks before to be on the safe side

    Our wedding is 16th Aug, our RSVP date is 30th April!

    Wedding is 19th july so rsvp is 3 months before (april 19th) venue wants numbers 8 weeks before , so we have a few weeks to finalise numbers and chase up people who havent rsvped by deadline. x

    Wedding is Aug 8th, Invites going out May 1st, RSVP 31st May

    Wedding August 7th, numbers need 2 weeks beforehand, so RSVP is last week in June.

    Would probably be earlier but I help organise a huge festival at the end of June and can't cope with any more stress!

    I'm giving 3 weeks from when I send them out - on the basis that people will know if they are coming pretty much as soon as they check their diary. And I want the responses in early!!!

    Blimey...I'm getting married 25th Oct and think we're going to send our invites out towards the end of August with an RSVP of 3rd week in September. We have sent out save the dates already though, if we hadn't done that I might be tempted to send the invites out earlier.

    Our wedding is 21 June, venue wanted to sit down with us end of March but we have put an rsvp date of 18 April.
