If you set a reminder for something and then don't have the box on when the time comes, does it automatically record it?

    I'm pretty sure ours still records when it's on standby.

    Yes it does as long as it is switched on at the wall it will still record even if switched off at the box

    If its set to record it will, not if its just a reminder.
