Quidco

Does anyone use this? Before Christmas I bought a load of stuff from Debenhams through quidco and I got an email saying 'you didn't complete your purchase' and all this. The other day I had the same thing with hotels.com. has anyone else experienced this or know why it's happening? Their email says you can raise a purchase tracking thing (which I haven't done because I forgot! ) but it's annoying me because it seems to happen when I've spent a lot of money!

I use it all the time and have never had anything like that. Both the sites you mention have always given me the cashback no problems. How odd. Def raise a claim!

I'm the same as pandorasbox-use quidco all the time, and never had this issue! Definitely raise a claim and get it sorted, especially when you've spent a lot!

I use a lot and have had this ever so often... have raised claims, but they seem to take forever and I haven't had any resolutions yet! I did my car insurance through a Quidco CB deal (£75!!!) but that hasn't been tracked ☹️ - I should have gone for compare the market and just got baby Oleg!

Just got to remember to keep an eye on it then and try and submit my claim. Annoying as the Hotels.com one was 10% and the hotel was £120!

Thanks guys, it's just annoying because it should be so easy!

I've had to submit a few claims before too. It takes ages to come through but I've never had one rejected. It's a pain to remember, as you say, but all the money adds up so it's worth doing.
