Ghastly and somewhat ignorant. If they know enough to know that "Sophie's Choice" is some kind of phrase in itself, they should be clued up enough (or at least Google first) not to use it.

I have no idea why anyone would think this was a good idea!

I know. If I was opening a business I imagine that I would be googling the name just to check that no one else locally was using it etc. A quick google search, or even getting the opinion of a few friends/family members would surely have brought light to it?
