I used to have a Morphy Richards breadmaker. I had Morphy Richards 48281.

It was very good, made good bread and was very easy to use. Put the stuff in, press a couple of buttons and away it went.

We got this one for xmas and although only used it a couple of times seems easy

we get a lot from tesco direct, usually delivered the next working day and you can have it home delivered or pick up from tescos in martlesham

We bought a breadmaker at the start of Feb, it arrived on Monday last week and we have used it everyday since (sometimes twice a day!). The bread is AMAZING and the timer function is great, as we set it up the night before and the bread is just finishing when H gets up at 6:30am.

The house smells lovely in the mornings now.

We have this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/Panasonic-SD-257WXC-Automatic-Breadmaker-Program/dp/B003DNRTDM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1297596850&sr=8-1, it's the cheapest place we found it as everywhere else is over £100+ and it's really easy to use.

This is the one I bought in the end. It was in our price range. Got a recipe book to go with it too.

Thanks for all the recommendations. Hopefully dad will like it.
