Recommend me your makeup

sarahh123, 29 September, 2011 at 22:53 Posted on Planning 0 1

Hi All,

Due to the cost of having my makeup done at the resort, Ive decided to do my own makeup on the day, and need some recommendations for a good primer/foundation.

Ive heard Laura Mercier products are meant to be good, has anyone use these?

Thanks in Advance

Sarah

MAC is always a good bet for make-up. also VERY good is GOSH primer... also urban decay is amazing, also their eyeliner is the best i have ever used.

Have you checked with your local salon? I spoke to my beauty therapist today and she said she would come out and do my makeup (including lashes and spray application) for £65. worth having a chat maybe and seeing if you can haggle a deal somewhere... my salon does gift cards so they said i could put so much on the card a month until the wedding for beauty treatments i want in the run up to the wedding to spread the cost.

i am going to be SO over pampered its ridiculous.
