Hi kerry, my date twinnie, how are you getting on? hi claire, i wouldnt say i had a giddy moment as such but i saw this in the magazine and every dress i tried on i was like but the other 1 has this or the other 1 has that, so when i finally tried it on i couldnt find anything about it that i didnt like. i do really like it tho, taking me nan with me to see it when she comes back from holiday and then will be ordering it. cant wait, because i havnt sorted a colour scheme because i havnt done the bm dress shopping and didnt want to do that until i had my dress so been stuck in a lull for ages because i couldnt find it. but now i have this im ready to get things moving again.

I've not actually gone shopping yet but am going to make some appointments for later this month I think, when my mum's free so she can come with me.

I've seen loads of dresses I love, online and in magazines etc, but they are all completely different! So have no idea what style I'll go for. That's why I think I'll have to try on as many different ones as I can. The 1 thing I do know is that obviously I want something with a wow factor, (who doesn't) but I would really like something a bit different and unusual. Will probably end up with something really traditional though knowing how I change my mind!

Im going back to try on again in about 3 weeks when me nana gets back from holiday and will be ordering it then. im sure once iv ordered it il be able to take pics.

the 1 in the shop isnt the best fit on me tho, its a few sizes to small so has to be pinnen in, although you can still se the overall look of it x

Hi Future Mrs Clarke my date twinnie im fine as i said had very similar experience with finding my dress ive ordered it now but doesnt arrive till Jan/feb!!!.....arghhh cant wait .... ive had a lace back added as well...

Apart from that plans all ok flowers next on my list got a meeting next fri with the florist to discuss ideas etc and then need to sort rings, Bridesmaid dressed oh and my OH what hes wearing ...!!!!

Need to take me nana to see the dress, then sort bridesmaids and oh clothes. am waiting on some sample invites as well but think iv pretty much done most of what i can at the mo apart from theclothes really. the rest cant be done to a bit of a later date. also need to sort accessories for me xx

Sounds like your as organised as me know what you mean about doing all you can for the mo i think im reaching that stage too...... As i said flowers and Bridesmaid dresses are next, OH he is easy as just need to go to Moss Bros and get him to try it on and check colour scheme etc. ..........CAKE!!!! Completely forgotten need to decide on a cake!!! Whoops

I love Maggie Sottero Carrie, its in a lot of magazines but every shop ive been to hasnt had it in.

Yeh kerry anne we havnt got alot to do. im going to have an m&s cake, really dont wana spend to much on it, theres more important things and budget is getting a bit tight . iv heard really good reviews on these anyway and just cant justify spending 3-400 plus on a cake . you seem to be at the same sort of stage as me. i just want it all done now x
