What can i do with - do I stew it them freeze to use at a later stage?

    Rhubarb does freeze well. When you've cooked it (with a bit of sugar, cinnamon & cloves) it's rather nice with ice cream!

    I've made this cake a few times and each time it's been wonderful

    You could also try a rhubarb fool? Or a good old crumble; let's face it, although crumble is a wintery dish, it's not exactly roasting hot is it?!
