Here's my most expensive - a 2 bed penthouse in a relatively new apartment building about a 10min walk from me, £1.5million. Given that all these are classed as 'city centre flats' by estate agents, it just goes to show you the range of what you can end up with.

The most expensive withing the mile is actually about a five min walk from my front door the that front door... It's a 6 bed house on the market for £1,200,000.
