I shall (like a true saddo) be rushing out to buy leaf through from the supermarket shelf OK! magazine next week.

if only my budget allowed for a marchesa dress....[:'(]

After the slightly pointless 'we don't know anything really but we'll run a 10min news story anyhow' thing on the BBC news this morning, I said to hubby I really hope Colleen doesn't go for a 'posh and becks' style wedding/celebration ... cos I think she's a fairly level headed WAG (as much as someone can be level headed when living with someone who gets paid what Rooney does!)

She does good things for charity, doesn't seem to be too much up her own backside even tho' she has the best of everything...... it would be a real shame if she spoils that persona by having some god awful wedding of Jordanesque/Posh and Becks standards.

(have to say, the live butterfly thing is a bit crap tho' - hope they don't all die of fright/bordem in their boxes, leaving the guests with dead butterflies @ their feet)

Yep I'll admit I am looking forward to seeing pics of the wedding, Its quite shocking the amount of money they are spending but its really nice to see them getting married after them being together for so long.

Yep I am looking forward to the pics, just hope they don't do the whole Posh & Becks thing.

There is this pic of her on the sun website, surely this isn't her actual wedding dress:

I thought her dress was supposed to have cost +£100,000 and this doens't look that fancy

Probably to throw the press off the scent & she changed once she was in/out of the Ceremony.

Apparently they had a private ceremony this morning just with family where she wore white and he wore 'hazel' (I'm listening to Radio 2 and Jeremy Vine mentioned it) - and then later on there is another "do" where the £100k dress comes in to play - maybe a blessing type thing?

Shame that its pissing down eh? money can't buy you everything it seems?! those poor butterflies aren't going to get far if its pissing down!

From what I can make out, I think this is just the dress that she wore to the masked ball mentioned, which is separate from the wedding. Seeing as they have the mag deal, more of an effort would have been made to cover her up.

I bet her dress is amazing.

does beg the question why these celebs are so besotted by 'mag deals' - I read they've asked guests to donate to Coleens hospice charity rather than give gifts, but what a way to have a wedding eh?! Still, if the royals are even doing it now .....

I wonder if Coleen did a Money Poem!!!!

I am not surprised they have asked for donations for Coleens Charity, she works tirelessly to raise awareness.

    Good on them.

I wasn't having a dig at her - I think its a great thing she does (that programme she did with Trevor MacDonald was a real eye opener as to how down to earth she is) and they'll have some fairly well off guests who'll give a LOT I expect .... but they'll also make a cool £2.5m from OK Mag for letting them have the "rights" ... I wonder if they'll donate that as well?

I`m sorry but i think it`s obscene the amount of money they have. (OK-I`m jealous!!!) but to spend that amount of money on a dress beggars belief

    According to the press:

"Guests have gone for high-octane glamour, and Coleen is rumoured to have funded several of them to the tune of £25,000 to avoid 'chaviness''

Imagine paying for your guests outfits as well!!!

If you have the money...I can't decide if its snobby making sure everyone immaculatly dressed how you want them to be or ace that they still have lots of "poor" (ie normal) friends who are coming !

Well it proves that money cant buy you everything! They went all the way to Italy for their wedding and it poured down all day! How gutted would you be?!?

Saying that - the dress clip that they are showing looks gorgeous and I cannot wait to see the OK spread on it all! I heard on GMTV this morning that they were singing karaoke till 5am this morning!!

Just to let everyone know I got my copy of OK mag this morning and the wedding pics are fab! It's a double edition so it's £2.95 instead of the usual £2.
