Rowhill Grange, Wilmington

misskavla, 3 November, 2008 at 19:41 Posted on Planning 0 5

We have booked the above venue for both the ceremony and reception (May 2010) ... has anyone done the same? Can you share some decoration advice ... not sure how to decorate or whether Rowhill do this for you etc. We have the ceremony in the Front Conservatory (or Walled Garden dep. on weather) and the Clockhouse Suite for the Reception. Any thoughts? Thank you

Hi. My sister had her reception at Rowhill Grange, it's a lovely venue. She didn't do any other decorating, the venue provided flowers on the table IIRC, and she had a few big display vases as well.

Many thanks for your reply. Just didn't want to bombard the Rowhill planners with "silly" questions so early on, ha!!

Thanks so much. 2010 seems like a lfetime away, but Im sure it will fly by.

I am born and bred in Dartford but currently live in Barnehurst. Rowhill is 5mins from my sister (who lives in Wilmington) so I will travel from her house and let the H2B (and boys) have the use of our house the night before/morning of the wedding.

    How exciting, hee ?

I grew up in Barnehurst (Woodside Road) and my brother and SIL live in Wilmington. I'm in Gravesend now, not far at all from you.
