Rubbish BM dress shopping trip! Where did you find yours?

Went today with my 2 BM just to try on to see what colours suit them before I sort anything for certain. There's no real BM dresses about! The odd one here and there but we're short. There was 2 we found in debenhams. One was quite nice on both BMs but the wrong colour to what I was looking for. Think the younger BM may be a bit harder work regarding what she's wearing. She much preferred this dress which was a beautiful colour, like a navy but I was going for a purple colour scheme! Think I'm just going to have to speak up if I do find the right dress and it is purple. So I need now, where did you get your BM dresses? I did think about online but then not so sure as they want to try on 1st. X

Mine came from Warehouse! I took two of my BMs to try on in store first, but ended up ordering online. The third BMs dress didn't fit but I was easily able to return it to store. In fact I ended up returning them all to store and buying online again as they went on sale!

Mine are Monsoon. And as I said on your other thread about colour themes - your wedding, your way. If you want your BM in purple then purple she must wear. Or not be a bridesmaid.

Quite funny as we actually got our from Jane Norman, after 6 hours shopping we found it in the last shop. As one of my BM is a size 6 or small size 8 it was rally hard but I love them.

I ordered ours from coast. Logistically it was impossible for me to come over and go shopping with all of them and none of them are organised enough to just go and do it themselves so I consulted them, got the ok and that was it!

I was quite lucky in that I only have two bridesmaids, I have now chosen the coast allure short dress in thyme colour

I got a £50 off voucher at the national wedding show which helped with my budget x

BHS, have a whole load of BM dresses from £90-£125, you often get good offers 20% off etc, I got my adult BM for £90.

I finally got my dresses from Coast, cut a long story short they messed me around with their sale dresses online and I only got 1 out of 3. On a recent shopping trip I managaed to get 2 at full price but used a 20% code they gave me for complaining and got $72 quid off the order.

I am having full length allure in champagne. and a short one in oyster. They come up big in size.

I went into Berketex Bride the other day just for a wedding dress browse but noticed they have a huge selection of bridemaids dresses and some gorgeous shades of purple. Think all their bridesmaids dresses are half price at the minute too x
