Run my life - exercise

Chicken, 4 August, 2009 at 19:02 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 9

I went to BMF last night and did some random new exercise. My legs are sore. Should I rest tonight or should I run or walk?

How sore? If it's painful to walk, or bend ze legs I'd say rest. Otherwise, a gentle 2 or 3 mile run might do you good.

It's pretty sore. I reckon a light run might help though. Just as I posted ths and decided to go I remembered I have no bathroom. I can't go and not be able to wash afterwards. Am BMFing first thing tomorrow and showering at work. I could run to my mum's, have a wash then get one of them to drive me home but it's a bit of a faff.

My bathroom is a shell dude! They've ripped out the pistachio loveliness and left me nothing. So excited.

The only new move we did was kneeling on the floor (but not sitting on your legs) whilst someone held your calves. You then had to lean forward titanic style without falling over. Would have thought it was more for your core but my legs hurt a bit at the time.

I wish I'd come round to say goodbye to your pistachio suite.

I can. I just did. Anyway, ou wouldn't want my advice, all I know about exerciserising is walking to the fridge to get a mini mars ice cream.

That exercise sounds, um, inventive. It was obviously working something though! Hope you are feeling less sore tomorrow.
