Hi everyone
Does anyone have any tips for treating or easing a pulled muscle? I pulled the top of my thigh last Monday and didn't feel it, woke up Tuesday abit sore, wednesday pretty sore, yesterday quite painful, last night no sleep as couldn't lie down it was so painful! Paracetemol or ibuprofen don't touch it. Have tried some deep heat which although distracts me, doesn't help it!!!
