    They've just started doing them near, where i live, i would love to learn, did gynastics and dance for years in my teens, now in my 30's, (well 39 is still in my 30's lol), what d'u think...is it a laugh

    Hi! sorry only just seen your response!

    Salsa dancing is a lot of fun but it's also a lot of hard work and you end up verrrryyyy sweaty (aren't you glad you asked?). It can take a few lessons to really get going but once you have mastered the turns and basic steps it really gets to be a lot of fun!

    You should definitely give it a go! My H2B was never once interested in going - I just went on my own and danced with a random instead.

    I've done salsa and Ceroc and I have to say that I find Ceroc loads easier and also you can dance to any music whereas salsa is difficult to do when you haven't got salsa playing.
    I have to say that my other half would say exactly the opposite! He finds salsa easier and Ceroc more difficult!
