Save The Date Cards

MrsRtoH, 14 February, 2012 at 12:56 Posted on Planning 0 1

Does anyone have any bright ideas on making these yourselves?

I like the idea of them being fridge magnets... but other than that... Ive seen one idea in a mag about picking out the red heart cards out of a deck and sticking a strip of paper across saying save the date but thats the only one ive seen....

I'm not very imaginative if im honest.

Anyone got any bright ideas?

My OH made ours, he did it all in word and then uploaded it to vista print, used a pic of us we love, a silver fern to represent me (i'm a kiwi) and an england logo (to represent him as hes english) and we kept it al in black and white! Its a lot bigger than I thought it would be but we are very happy with it. We kept it simple with just the words save the date for our wedding, the date and invite to follow!

We got ours from Vistaprint too. Paid no more than £20 for 50 with uploaded pic and p&p. They were the same size as a business card. They were good quality too.
