Scared I'm doing something wrong

happybird, 8 April, 2008 at 09:57 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 1

I'm doing the WW coreplan and even though I'm only eating off the food groups allowed and 3 meals a day and only really needing to snack on fruit maybe once a day, I feel like I'm doing something wrong and really don't feel any different.

When doing WW before and doing points I always felt a little "lighter" after a few days but don't this time round, it's scaring me into thinking maybe I should be doing the points etc but really like the values of the coreplan.

Is this normal or am I doing something wrong. My weigh in isn't until Sunday morn (changed group) so still have a long way to go.

When I switched from points to core I felt much fuller. I'm not sure why that is, maybe to do with eating the right/healthy things? I didn't lose anything in my first week but lost 5lb the following week which was a really good loss as I was down to my final stone then.

    Good luck ?

Thanks for replying, I'm going to keep with it and see what happens, I like the idea of core because of the eating from scratch it stops me being lazy? as I tend to be when I'm on points, and then fill the freezer with easy foods and find I'm hungry because I'm being lazy[:I]. I'll give it two weeks and hope I don't put anything on and loose a little if not I'll be pointing for a few weeks to kickstart me.

5lb loss on the second week would be fab, you sound like your doing well x
