Sorry to hear you are still having problems using the app. Unfortunately the bug hasn't been resolved yet and we don't have an estimated time to when this will be complete.

As an interim solution you can view the mobile version of the scrapbook via your mobile where you can view your photos and browse our inspiration galleries. https://www.hitched.co.uk/planner/scrapbook.aspx
