Hi all. Do any of you know any good software for the table plan. We tried it on paper but keep changing it and so i figured it would be easier and save alot of paper if we have it on the computer.

    I've done my first draft in Excel. Just cut and pasted people around.

    Hi there Shelby,

    I found a great programme www.toptableplanner.com

    It's been GREAT - it costs £10 for 6 months and I honestly coudln't do without it.

    You can get a free demo if you go to the website to se how easy it is to use! (Hope that has helped)

    I got a fab one, its Perfect Table plan, you can buy it through Hitched for cheaper than I paid through Goggle! You can even tell it to sort them out randomly but tll it who cant sit by who if you need to!

    I'm going to do mine on Excel I think but what about cutting all the names out of paper and placing them round the tables then you can move them about however you want. Obviously you need to spend a bit of time writing or typing the names and cutting them but makes it easy to move around.

    I have seen that they have a free table planner on bride.co.uk

    and that is free! i think all you need to do is register.
