Seduction Desserts

Sorry about the naff title ?

Could I ask you help with a project I'm working on? What would you choose as a seduction dessert? Here's the catch - it can't have too much chocolate in it and I need to be able to make a low-fat version (although that's for me to worry about not you, so don't ponder on that, just let me know what dessert you'd choose).

Ooh now my first instinct would be something chocolate which has been veteod. My next thoughts would be a Lemon Posset or perhaps something simple like a strawberry pavlova - messy and finger crumbly sucking good.

Does it need to be posh seduction or just seduction? If so I would go strawberries I think, dipped in either chocolate (only a teeny bit so hopefully okay) or cream. Perhaps an Eton Mess?

(This has taken an age to post so if there are loads of other suggestions or things ruled out which are in here then apologies)

For me it would be panna cotta with berries.

How about Tiramisu? Theres just a sprinkling of chocolate on top but its very indulgent.

Something luxurious but still quite light, so both parties aren't too bloated to indulge in beastliness afterwards... probably something boozy as well - champagne jellies, something with pudding wine? (Thus already fat free, or near as)

I once had lavender parfait. It was incredibly seductive (and certainly the most aphrodisiac food I have ever eaten). Absolutely amazing.

As a student I managed to seduce a guy with a strawberry muller fruit corner ??

Now I'd say maybe a lemon creme brulee - though can be a bit lardy, unless you make very small portions.

I'd agree with the light but tasty route. Maybe lemon tart, tiramisu, pavlova, eton mess.

Thanks everyone. I've been considering tiramisu, and there are some other good suggestions here for me to explore. The dessert needs to be fairly classic, but it doesn't matter if it's 'posh' or not.

Pannacotta with raspberries on top - looks like boobs. Nothing like the subtle approach!

(we had this for dessert one night when we were on honeymoon and we couldn't stop laughing!)

If it was for my H it would have to be something like sticky toffee pudding or bread and butter pudding.

A nice, light, tangy fruit sorbet - it's all in the presentation ;-)
