September 2014 brides!

We're planning for September 27th haven't booked anything yet. Been to see a few venues so far!

Decide what we are having for table decorations, favours, sweet table, (bought most things other then edibles)

designed my cake

almost booked honeymoon - just waiting for internal American flights to be released

off dress shopping after the 6 weeks holiday

so far away but got some big surgery coming up inbetween now and then so want everything organised so I can recover peacefully

I'm getting married 6th sept! Booked church, venue, photographer and DJ! Trying to find my dress, and looking into booking a photobooth! Almost at the 1 year point! Woo hoo! X

We're getting married on 13th September! So far we have sorted out the following:

- booked church

- booked venue

- photographer

- caterer

- wedding dress, shoes and accessories

- designed our save the dates

In the next cple of months we will be sending our save the dates, getting the bridesmaid dresses/grooms party outfits, and booking our band! Everyone keeps exclaiming that we're so organised but surely that's a good thing!

bought peacock feathers to make button holes and bridesmades fans

decided on Marks and Sparks cake which we have gift cards we can use

don't know when to start dress shopping as on a budget an thinking I may lose weight so need to ensure if I buy in sales it can be altered,

thinking bridesmaids may grow by then as well so reluctant to buy dresses yet for my 7 , 11 and 15 year old

Eek it's a month away from my year mark today!!

We have booked venue, tog, got centrepieces, cake, starting DIYing lots of bits just looking into catering and first dress shopping tomorrow eve!!!

Eeeek nearly less than a year to go now!!!

I haven't done much else, except I'm currently in the middle of changing my venue meaning my budget has doubled, oops!

We're getting married on the 6th September 2014 as well. We got engaged in Barcelona in June this year on our 9th anniversary of being "boyfriend and girlfriend". So far we have booked our venue and registrar. I made our appt to give notice today eek! Our venue includes disco and catering. My stepbrother is a wedding photographer so he will be taking our pictures. I have also made and sent out save the dates as all of our family will b travelling from out of town. I have also bought my dress! It's amazing and I never thought I would find one so quickly. My bridesmaids and mum and I were window shopping and we knew this particular one was the one! I'm planning on making everything I can including paper roses for my bouquet and decorations so they're next on my todo/get started list. Bridesmaid dresses are probably the next big thing. We'll have a big shopping day in February as one of my bridesmaids is coming home from Australia on holiday then. Hope everyone is enjoying the planning as much as I am! xx

Ordered veil

Bought shoes and, to my mums horror, undies

Bought postbox

I know I'm doing some things too early but we're on a really tight budget so I'm grabbing bargains when I see them lol

Ours is 16th Sept.

So far we've booked the church and to my mum's horror I have bought my dress (it will need to be altered) and hair pieces for the bridesmaids.

We've also sent out STD cards and asked our bridesmaids.

We're meeting photographers on Sunday and viewing venues on Monday.

Now you have all done so much I feel there's so much to do!
