Hi Ladies, just a quick hi while I'm at Mother in laws & have internet connection! We're living at sisters old house at the moment until we can get ourselves sorted somewhere and the TV, internet & phone have been disconnected, my sister has moved out & we can only stay there until the house is sold..... bit of a complicated story but I can relate to everyone having post-wedding blues! I lived with my sister, BIL & nephew before we got married & my husband (!!!) lived with his mum, but now my sister & family have moved out the house is really empty. No point in decorating the place cos we'll hopefully be moving somewhere soon. OH is still working 7 days so I'm feeling really down about everything. I know I should be greatfull for a roof and a bed at least but it would help if there was TV to watch or internet. I've been the same in that when I've had chance to go on the net I've not wanted to come on hitched because of seeing everyone else still planning! I've got some lovely photos from a couple of guests that I used for the flash I posted a few days after, I've had 3 of them printed out along with our vows we made & put them in the love heart collage frame I used for our heaven's table. I keep looking at it & bursting into happy tears as I relive those magical moments from our day. That's what's keeping me going at the moment & all the things that didn't go quite right get forgotten about ? glad everyone enjoyed their days I'll be back soon with more tales from the day!!!

Sorry to hear you're feeling down MrsG2b/MillieHubblle. It's difficult when you're in a temporary living situation. We're currently staying at my nan's house while we wait to get our flat back from the tenant. It needs work doing to it so we maybe won't get in there until the New Year. Fingers crossed you get settled soon.

I am hopefully getting our photos and video this week then I can finally put up my report! Can't believe I have been an OM for over a month already.

Hi gorgeous girlies! Struggling big time with real life today! Flew back from Egypt (best holiday ever) late on Monday, got to my parent's house (closer to the airport) around 3am tues morning. Came back home tues afternoon, and have had real life things like food shopping to do today, in the rain! Urgh! And my poor hubby (!!) has had to go to college tonight. Back to work tomorrow We just want to go back! The wedding feels like a long time ago already, but it was amazing. Only one little thing bugging me, that the photographer took us off in the car even though I'd said no before the day, so we didn't quite get all the guest photos we wanted, but other than that it was perfect, exactly as planned. Can't wait to do a report as soon as we get the photos. Normally hate having my photo taken and look ridiculous, but as far as I can tell from the guest ones, I was so happy and smiling so widely that I actually look good! I never stopped smiling even when I was crying, it really was the happiest day of my life. Look forward to catching up with you all properly once I get my head round things! Please link any reports to here, I don't want to miss any!

Welcome back Mrs Shep! Glad you had a lovely honeymoon. Now back to real life! I have been feeling a bit low lately, been back at work nearly 2 weeks. Weather is depressing too! I haven't been on here much lately

We have ordered our photo album and a few bigger pictures with our TOG. Looking forward to getting the album in a couple of weeks. I do keep looking at the photos, even ones from guests

Have you done your report yet Sarah? I'm just waiting for my photos then I'll add them in. It's written though!!

The weather is horrible and definitely not helping! Work was ok today though, especially as I was told i'm getting an office! Feels like a bit of a promotion and they're sort of treating it as such as i've taken on a couple of new responsibilities, and H got a small promotion before we left, so i'm pleased.

I've been looking at the guest pics a lot! I can't wait to get my tog pics, she said 2-3 weeks, i'm not really expecting them that quickly, but at least I shouldn't have to wait for ages. better start writing my report!

Argh! Just written all the build up in a report, and my laptop decided to shut down for updates!! I might throw it out of the window now!!!!

Hello! I'm a September OM too Went back to work this week after coming back of honeymoon last Saturday :/ Fortunately we got out wedding photos back this week so I've been spending lovely minutes reliving it and boring everyone on Facebook with them all.

Dare I say it but... it's actually nice to be back and no have a wedding to organise any more. It was a brilliant, fabulous and fun day but I'm looking forwards to getting back to normality with Mr McFarley where we talk about non-wedding related things

Hope all you ladies are well and had lovely days too. I need to have a proper sit down here and catch up on everyone's news!

I haven't quite got back to reality yet but I know what you mean, we've already booked to see a couple of gigs early next year since we've come back as we have the time and money to do that again now, and it's nice to have things to look forward to like that. We've just had the email to our photos, so exciting! There are hundreds of them though and we need to pick 300, I don't know if we'll be able to narrow it down enough tbh! Chuffed though, there are some good ones, even if we didn't quite get all the ones we were after.

I'm signing off and leaving you all now. It's been great sharing this journey with you and I wish everyone every happiness. But this isn't the place for me anymore.

I'm in a bit of a depression at the moment. We've been married 3 weeks now but we're only able to spend 72 hours together before I had to leave the country. It'll be six weeks before we can see each other again. I'm still overwhelmed that 11 hours on a plane can take me from being the happiest person on earth to the unhappiest. Leaving this time was much harder than ever before and that's saying something.

Anyway, I don't want to dwell on it. I'll just leave you with a mobile phone picture of us on the day in the courthouse. Not a great picture and I was crying!

Aww, Jfh, i'm sad to hear you're leaving us. I can completely understand why you're feeling low at the moment, I hope you can plan some nice things to do, even if it's just you or friends here, and that you get to see each other as much as possible before you move over there. I hope everything goes as quickly and as smoothly as it can do and that you are happy when it all slots into place. I hope you enjoy planning your big celebration and that it all goes perfectly when you get to have the wedding you'd hoped for. We finally got our photos today! I am going to sort out the thank you cards (wanted to include the link to the online album) and then crack on with my report.

Has anyone had their dress cleaned yet? I'm struggling to find anyone to do it for less than £100.

Ooh, yay! We got our online previews at the weekend, we need to choose 300 for our cd and 60 for our album, we're really lucky as we're spoilt for choice, we're almost there. I haven't even thought about what i'm going to do with my dress yet!

I've been looking at getting my dress cleaned, I've found a dry cleaners that charge from £80 upwards. Slightly nervous about parting with it though! Must crack on to get it sorted though.

My dress is at my parent's house, I mustn't just forget about it! I think we have finally sorted our photos which means I should be able to flash in a week or 2! Be nice to get my report out there :-)

Our photographer has promised (after a slightly threatening kick up the backside) that we will get our photos tomorrow. Not holding my breath....

I hope you get them soon! That must be frustrating. After hours of painstakingly choosing which photos we wanted to keep (as we didn't see the point in spending an extra £150 as some of them were bound not to be as good as others) our photographer has now come back and said if we write a review she'll let us have all of them! Haha. A bit frustrating, but I wouldn't say no to that!

Aww, how nice is it to think about us celebrating our anniversaries! We have toasted each week so far! Haha. The first 2 on holiday and then the last one at home with the cava that was in the honeymoon suite :-)

Argh, 10 weeks?! I'd be going crazy!

I know, but it is something to look forward to although the longer it takes the more I am freaking myself out about them!

We have toasted every week too - it is 5 weeks today, I can't believe that it is already over a month since the wedding. I took our wedding cards down last weekend & cried having to do it! It was a perfect day, I wish I could do it again

I can't believe that my wedding day was 6 weeks ago! This time 6 weeks ago I was literally walking down the aisle!

I parted with my dress this morning so it can be cleaned

6 weeks! Wow. 4 weeks today for us and we were one of the last! Feels strange. Is everyone still doing all the wedding come down things? All the thank yous, sorting out, honeymoon washing etc? I love being married, but life is definitely not back to normal yet!

Has anyone done thank you cards yet? My wedding photos wont be ready for 2-3 months and that feels too long to wait so was just going to use one of the facebook photos as theres some lovely ones anyway.

Seen some personalised thank you cards on EBaY for £16 for 25 anyone else seen any offers? I want to add at least 2 photos to it ?

Hello! I've done and sent out my thank you cards. After spending an afternoon playing around with different photos and websites, I ordered through Truprint. Never used them before but cards (note sized apparently) came really quickly and look great. There are a lot of different designs. I just went with one photo on the front with 'thank you' across the bottom and then a small photo of the cake with the wedding date underneath on the back. Googled 'Truprint discount codes' and managed to get 30% off. For 60 came to about £35 with discount. Hope this helps!

We just bought personalised cards from ebay that didn't have pictures, I wanted to send our thank yous out quickly as we asked for money for our honeymoon, and I didn't want to pay all the cheques in straight away but not thank people for a month or two.

We sent our thank you's out the week after the wedding. I wouldn't have been so efficient normally but I had a week off work and felt too ill to bother doing anything so got them sorted! Finally got our photos back so will have to do a flash! I am ashamed to say my dress is still thrown in the wardrobe where it landed after the wedding, not sure what to do with it. We might put out outfits back on for Halloween!
