I love purple and yellow together. I LOVE vibrant/bold colours in a wedding.

Go for it. Its your wedding and i'm sure the colours will look lovely. You will get some people saying "ooh no" but others will say "ooh yes" My daughter had the same problem she loves hot pink and lime green, shes having four BM, 2 in each colour. Shes had a mixed response but decieded to just do it. (We just hope it'll look ok.) Good luck x

I guess I can still have a purple & yellow theme without making them wear dresses they dont like, purple dresses with bouquets of bright yellow flowers would suffice ?

i wanted yellow and green, he wanted purple so i said yellow and green and purple-greedy but have compromised to green and purple, still wondering if i can wangle some yellow in....

Im having purple as my main colour but having in my bms bouquets sun flowers so will be having yellow on show too and i think it looks great together.

No. But a visit to any church over Easter time will show you how lovely the colours are together!

I am having a purple theme and my florist showed me the purple and yellow togetherand it does look amazing. But I didnt want a bright wedding at the venue is quiet sophisticated it wouldn't look quiet right so going with Purple lilic ivory and alcomilamolis (bright green baby's breath)

Purple and yellow is awesome. As is blue and yellow which are my colours!!
