Shoe help with this dress please

It's lovely, although i'm not sure about the hemline. I'd go for gold flats, depending on where you're wearing it. If it's a wedding i'd say gold heels or some description.

I'm not sure, I always think wedges are a bit heavy to wear with a floaty dress like that but it would depend on the wedge I suppose.

these may work or something in tan.

I think wedges work well with maxi dresses if the dress covers them otherwsie they are too heavy.
