ShoeGirl you've given me an idea...Veggies in here please!

I emailed our veggie guests to ask them what they'd prefer to eat at our reception but they haven't got back to me yet so Veggie hitchers, what would you prefer?

Goats Cheese, Mozzarella, Sun-Blushed Tomato & Black Olive Panzatti topped with a Ratatouille Sauce & Parmesan Shavings Caramalised Onion, Pear & Fig Cheesecake served with Mixed Leaves,Balsamic Dressing & Roasted New Potatoes Goats Cheese & Spinach Risotto served in half a Roasted Butternut Squash with Rocket Salad & Pesto Asparagus & Gruyere Cheese En-Crouté with Fondant Potatoes & Tarragon Cream Sauce

    I like the sound of:

    Goats Cheese, Mozzarella, Sun-Blushed Tomato & Black Olive Panzatti topped with a Ratatouille Sauce & Parmesan Shavings

    But they all seem really yummy. But if I had to choose to eat them, that would be the one I'd go for :-)

    Ooo, well, as a veggie who doesn't like goats cheese, it would have to be option 2 or 4! Option 2 I think.?

    As a very picky veggi, I would chose the first or last option. Saying this i think if they havent even bothered to get back to you they cant really complain ether way. x x

    2nd one sounds fab - lots of people hate goats cheese so would be tempted to avoid

    I don't eat meat (but eat fish so not a veggie but I was for 15 years and still think of myself as one!) and I would go for number 2! Or any of them apart from risotto I'm not a big fan,

    I'd go for all but im not a fussy veggie! lol!

    All my meals are veggie at my wedding but I have to be careful as my friend is allergic to mushrooms - and she's veggie poor thing!
