shoes of prey

My friend did. The shoes she received weren't wearable so rather than them take them back & make amendments to them, they just told her to send them back & they issued her with a full refund.

Basically she'd ordered a t-bar pair, but in a low heel, and so the t-bar section was still the longer length it'd need to be for a stiletto height of shoe, so it was far too long & just sat above her foot in a massive loop (hard to describe but basically they looked terrible!). Shoes of Prey said they couldn't alter them so the easiest thing was to send them back.

It's put me off buying from them because although it's good that they didn't quibble about a refund, it was about 6 weeks of her time wasted & then she had to go elsewhere anyway!

I've not used them but I did look at them. It made me uneasy to design my 'perfect shoe' but not see it until I'd bought them...

I've heard good things about Rainbow Club and I can personally recommend Rachel Simpson Shoes. I bought some today and they are so comfy!
