I bought a veil from veiledinbeauty.com on 12th or 14th of Feb (off the top of my head) it says it should take upto 4 weeks. I had my hair trial last week & it hadn't been delivered. I emailed them to see if they had posted it out as I had my hair trial but there was no reply. Has anyone used their company before? I think my worse fear has come true! It was £36 which actually makes me feels better as it could of been £100's! But that's not the point I guess

Yeah I did pay with PayPal.. Maybe it's am idea to try & get my money back. Thank you I never thought of how I paid x

If you claim non delivery through Paypal the seller will have to respond to Paypal so it should prompt them to contact you, as emails often go astray. Hope it arrives soon

Yeah there is a number to ring but too scared to phone just incase it's not a proper number.
