Ok so what have you otters been up to recently? Last weekend I took OH (for his Birthday) to Hestons Dinner Restaurant and we ate this...... Despite living in London for over 7 years I have a distinct lack of photos of London landmarks which has encouraged me to get my tourist geek on. Show and tell...

    Sorry only just got back to this thread.

    Starters Meat Fruit (Chicken and Fois Gras Parfait in a mandarin gel)

    Main I had the Hereford steak with triple cooked chips and mushroom ketchup. OH had the Pork belly with spelt and truffle.

    Dessert I had the poached rhubarb with rhubarb sorbet and yogurt mousse. OH had the Tipsy Cake (Basically an amazing brioche with caramel sauce) with spit roast pineapple.

    Then we had a chocolate and earl gray ganache .

    All was yummy but the Tipsy cake I think goes down as one of the best desserts I have ever tasted.

    Yea he loved it the pork dish was his fav ever.

    I went to Devon, ate pink cake, and posed inappropriately with a funerary statue in the lady chapel of Exeter cathedral.

    I have been working lots at my new job which is going well

    Spending time with the cats -a lot of the time telling them off for being naughty but anyway! This is Mimi

    I have got my dress -l went for the matching sash in ivory rather than a contrasting colour

    I read this as mini and thought, aww, you named your cat after mini, how cute! I need stronger glasses....

    Funnily enough l did the reverse -when l first started on here read Mini's name as Mimi! We both clearly need glasses!
