And magnets too if you have done them. STDs are next on my To Do List and I am scouring the interwebs looking for inspiration at the moment!

TIA ?

    Thanks!?

just set the type up on the PC and then pressed print! then I noticed after about 30 that the blue isn't exactly the colour I wanted... oops. well they'll have to stay that way! It's great to get some feedback, H2B didn't show much enthusiasm...

Oh really! I have a Mac but am not a design person! You don't happen to know if there is there any not expensive software someone at home could use quite easily?

Also re: your venue - is that in Richmond Park? How lovely!

I'm not sure about software - Mac stuff is pretty expensive - I use it at work and have a PC at home with the same software (but for PC -which I copied from a friend) do you have photoshop on it? you could use that. I'd be happy to help if you know what you want to do, or at least try and figure out how you could achieve it with word maybe - where there's a will...

As for venue - it was actually the only place we went to view after doing some research online and on the phone. I decided straight away it would be perfect. It was a sunny day as well and there were deer and bunny rabbits so that may have done it! as long as it doesn't rain! haha... laughing now...?

I love your Save the Dates, Tango!

    Thanks Zippy!

Amethyst I've got a few photos of some individual S/Ds here but generally I make them in the style of my invitations. However I have some new individual ones coming out soon including a few more unusual formats - which I can email "work in progress" details of if you are interested.

Amethyst, I use photoshop - why don't you give that a try. I think you'd get on well with it.

Sorry I have just seen the updates!

Tango - really fab venue - I love Richmond Park! Used to go when I was a kid though haven't been in years. I have family near there though I am right the other side of London.

Prettywild - I love your stuff! Especially the Alice in Wonderland themed stationery - I seem to be more interested in stuff that doesn't immediately look 'weddingy'. And would love to see the work in progress - that would be an honour! You can email me on: ***************@**********.***.

Tange / Ooh La La - I have been looking into Photoshop - I had always thought that it was just for editing photos not general design stuff! Do you think Photoshop Elements would be suitable? The main Photoshop package looks quite pricey! I basically want to play around and see if I can put something together using borders, different fonts and some vector stuff.

    Many thanks all!

    Hi Amethyst!

you can definitely use photoshop for anything really - text and images - I just don't know if it would be worth buying the package, depends on your budget and if you'll use it later as well... Sometimes you can get 'test' versions that will work for 30 days - let me ask y H2B today he's better at the software side. - what do you already have on your computer, just word? you could also make that work if your design is not too complicated. you can always try and put something together on paper and then when you are happy with it work on the PC - that may be easier.

laters (shame I have to go to work... boo ho0!)
