silk flowers?

Little Miss Tweety, 15 April, 2011 at 22:16 Posted on Planning 0 9

I want a calla lilly arm bouquet with maybe 5 or 7 lillies then a little greenary. Simple and elegant.

I would like to keep my bouquet and was thinking of having silk flowers but a lot of them look really 'fake'.

Does anyone know of a web site with realisic ones or would u say that real is best?

Thnx for any advise.

Hello. I think I am going to have artifical flowers. I like the idea of being able to keep my bouquet.

a lot of the artifical flowers now look very realistic. I am going to get mine from Sherrie she is a hib on here. Sure she wouldn't mind me sharing her link http://www.aislebeyours.com/

Sherrie did all of our flowers, they suprised a lot of people as they were very realistic.

And I love the fact that my bouquet is still on my windowsill!

    Thanx i'll take a look!

Glad not only one thinking along the lines of silk flowers. Hate how people call them 'fake flowers'. I want them to look real!

^^She's doing mine too! Whoever you go with, make sure they use good quality flowers. Its only when they are cheap ones they look fake.

Ive seen pictures of 'real' ones i like but can't find the same thing with the silk bouquets. Do u think if i sent a pic of what i wanted they could make it with silk flowers?

Oh and soz for being nosey but what is the average price for silk bouquets?

I'm sure they could put something together based on a picture.

I think its normally around £40-70 for a bridal bouquet though I know some people on here have ordered from ebay and got good results for much less - its riskier though.

There are quite a lot of artificial calla lily bouquets on my website (link below) together with prices if that will help with your budget.
